Flying visit from Touax team

CWE were delighted to welcome the Paris based Touax team last week, for their annual UK trip and audit.

Making the small trip across the pond, the visit included a full stock take and audit as well as a fantastic opportunity to see a buffer overhaul from arrival to completion.

Customer accounts manager, Sophie said: “It was brilliant to welcome Samuel, Teresa and Jo and give them a real taste of what life is like here at our headquarters in Crowle. I think it’s hard to understand how we operate here, especially if you haven’t been, so it’s a good way to show them our world.

“It was great timing because while we were showing them around the factory, some of their buffers arrived here on site in a planned delivery, so we were able to show the team exactly what happens from arrival, booking in and getting the unit into WIP.

The meeting has strengthened an already blossoming relationship. and I can’t wait to continue the fantastic work together.”
